My husband and I live on the ground floor of a detached house and let the upstairs as a three bedroomed cosy house conversion, female preferred.
I have two furnished rooms available to non-smoking IN WORK professionals aged between 22-28, preferably ex-graduate with own transport. One room has its own bathroom with shower over bath, and a basin. The second room has an en-suite shower and basin. Both are available now. All windows are double glazed.
The house has off street parking, is within walking distance of town and hospital and on the main bus route. The accommodation has its own separate entrance into hall with cloakroom which has w/c, hand basin and washer/dryer machine. Stairs up to a landing lead to a shared kitchen, airing cupboard, sitting room, a second w/c with hand basin, and three bedrooms. Large shared garden with own rotary washing line.
Household bills, kitchenware, freeview TV and
WiFi are all included in the rental cost.
The existing tenant is a hard working quiet, friendly, female professional and this is a non party house.

I am now leaving the second room only because my firm is re-locating out of town. This is a happy and secure house.
