Sitting room

Hello,

I am not on Earlybird so I can't always contact you!

I have a single, non smoking room available from 6 May 2022. Bills are included.
Normally I do Monday to Friday lets, but I will also consider whole week and short term lets, or the odd days, so do please contact me.

There is an upstairs bathroom with a bath and shower over it, a basin and WC. There is also a WC downstairs.
I have a separate shower in my room so I don't use the one in the bathroom.
The house is kept clean and tidy.
Parking is available on the quiet street.
Bills are included and I provide many essentials including bedding, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, WC paper, cleaning equipment etc..
You can cook and eat in the kitchen and share the sitting room. I would like you to feel at home.

There is a fairly large kitchen, a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside at the back is a sunny garden.

There is ample parking on the quiet residential street and room for a 2nd car on the driveway. If you have a bike there is a walkway beside the house where it can be left.

I have all the normal electrical goods including, a Washing Machine, Dishwasher, American Fridge/Freezer, SKY TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, DVD Player, WIFI etc.
The house is newly double glazed and has gas central heating.

We are situated in St Marks in Cheltenham which is near to the Town Centre, very near the train station and GCHQ (all walkable).
I often have people staying who work for the NHS, GE Industries, UCAS, at the University, at Staverton airport, or who are students at the University.
All nationalities are welcome.
The house is on the Gloucester side of Cheltenham and near to the M5. It is easy travel also Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Stroud and Cirencester from here.

We are on good bus routes (no 94) which goes into Cheltenham and to Gloucester via Churchdown) and runs all day and at night too.
Plus there is a good bus link from the train station to Bishops Cleeve.
Bishops Cleeve is only a 15 minute drive away and the town centre only 5 minutes.

I enjoy sharing my home and am easy going.
