THE HOUSE -
Located between Cheltenham town centre and the racecourse it is in an ideal location. It is a 3 story 4bedroom townhouse so has plenty of room, so we are not all in each others hair. There is plenty of parking available.

THE OCCUPANTS

Living here would only be me (Pete the landlord) and my fiancée (Holly) 33+32 years old working professionals, I myself am a welder and Holly works in retail. Oh and Bentley our cocker spaniel! Although he is usually occupied with eating socks. He is a very friendly dog and likes to play with his toy sprout alot...yes a toy sprout.

We are a laid back couple and all thats asked is that you keep things clean and tidy as much as possible.
We generally keep the living room to ourselves when we are in so everyone has their own space.

In our spare time we are either at 'the yard' looking after our horse, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or cleaning the car (Pete only on that one😅). Also if there is a glimpse of sun, be assured the bbq will be on and do hope you would join us!

THE ROOM -
The room itself is a spacious double and currently is furnished. It also has a large built in triple mirrored wardrobe.
It is on the second floor, and you will also have use of your own bathroom which is on the same floor. (Holly may nick the bath from time to time).

In the kitchen you'll find the washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge freezer and will have use of a couple of cupboards and shelves in the fridge for your things. There is also an oven....wohoo!
