The bedrooms are both light and airy doubles located in a 4 bedroom 3 story house in Fairview, just off of Pittville Park. It is conveniently located only a few minutes walk to both the high street and the shops in Pittville. It is on a quiet street overlooking a small park.

The bedrooms benefit from sharing a separate WC and shower room with only one other person providing ample amenities. The bedrooms are fully furnished to a high standard (good quality double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror).

A cleaner will be included who will service the communal areas.

The house has a generously sized kitchen, fitted with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, cooker and fridge/freezer.

There are also two well proportioned sitting rooms. Both with large televisions, sofas and soft furnishings. The house benefits from fast fibre optic broadband together with a Virgin Media television package.

There is also a small garden to the side of the property with a BBQ area and room for seating if you don't feel like going to the park!

Tastefully redecorated throughout, the house retains many of its period features having been built in the 1850s and was once a local pub.
