***NO FEES** We're a relaxed friendly professional house in a beautiful area, looking for another female to share with ( vegetarian or vegan preferred ). It's just 5 minutes walk to the hospital, 15 minutes to Bath Rd, Town and Montpellier through the parks.

The house is light and airy throughout, recently refurbished and the double room has a wardrobe, large chest of drawers, underbed and bedside storage.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar with a spacious dining area, overlooking the garden, open plan living space with sofas, Smart TV and wi-fi. Patio doors provide a view out onto the garden and meadow beyond.

Recently refurbished bathroom has pebble features with a waterfall shower and taps over a large bath and illuminated mirror.

Relax in the garden sun room or outdoor seating area overlooking the River Chelt and Cox's Meadow. There's off and on-road parking available.

A little bit about me. I'm into sustainable living, in the wellness field and teach nutritional cooking classes, so can be busy at times, but can always find time for a natter.
