Quiet, popular, residential street with a church, garage, coffee shops, deli, hardware stores, off licence, chiropractor, hairdresser, dry cleaner, lovely pubs, parks and restaurants all close by. The room is furnished with a double bed, two chairs, a chest of drawers, small bedside bookcase and built-in shelves, desk and single wardrobe. You will have use of all the white goods and kitchen equipment, and space in the kitchen cupboards, fridge and freezer. Towels and bed linen can also be provided at no extra cost. On road parking is free and always available and it will take you about ten minutes to walk to The Promenade. I am a quiet, active, busy, semi-retired lady. I run a small business from home. This will suit someone who is working full time, needs accommodation Mon-Fri (rent can be adjusted), or needs a stop-gap whilst looking for permanent accommodation.
