The annex is joined to my house via a french door and is only used by me at your request or the cleaner each week when she cleanes (additional fee paid direct to the cleaner 1hr)
smokers are welcome but ALL smoking must be done outside in the garden with the doors shut regardless of the weather. No pets.
My adult son and my partner live in the original house with me and we also occupy the room over the annex. All our accomadation is seperate from the annex once the adjoining door is closed and locked
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac and we consider ourselves a reasonably quiet familly respectful of those around us.
