Roomy Double in Quiet House (Gloucester)

Hi!

I have a double bedroom available in my house in Treadworth. The room is 3.3 by 3.75 metres and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, night stand, and small wardrobe. It faces the back garden and is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen, bathroom, and living and dining rooms will be shared spaces.

I have a dishwasher and washing machine and tuble dryer. There is also space inside to store a bike.

About myself - I’m Meghan (32), I work as a freelance 2D animator. In my spare time I like climbing drawing/painting, hiking or playing games. I’ve also got a decent little plant jungle on the go and share ownership of a dog, who will stay at the house for roughly a week out of the month or so.

I’m looking for another full time professional who is non-smoking, tidy, quiet and laid back.

Rent is £400 per month and includes utilities, 100mb internet, plus Netflix/Amazon Prime for watching.

The house is located about 20 - 25 minutes walk to Gloucester centre & train station (depending on how long your legs are), and only 5 minutes walk to bus stops for the 1, 2, 2A, and 7 buses. There is also lots of free on-street parking in the neighbourhood.

I will be around most evenings and weekends for viewings from the 14th of October.
