Two rooms available to rent in Gloucester

Two rooms are available to rent at 60 Lysons Avenue in Gloucester. We are two equine Hartpury University students who will be going onto our second year and are looking for two other students (doesn`t matter what University/college) in need of rooms.

Room 1: Downstairs double bedroom including a double bed, cabinet, desk, and wardrobe. Rent is £95 a week

Room 2: Smaller bedroom including a large single bed and clothes cabinet. Due to it being smaller, rent is £80 a week

We are very friendly and sociable people - preferably we would like two friends who are friendly and honest as we are.

The rest of the house includes:

Kitchen: oven, stove, grill, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer

Living room: two sofas, TV with standard cable (TV license will need one account holder)

1 bathroom: shower, toilet, bathtub

Garden: a small patch of grass, have permission for BBQ

Parking: no parking permit required

Bills: gas, electricity and water are all included in rent

Neighborhood: everything in Gloucester is within walking distance, train station is less than a 20min walk, co op at the end of the street
