Double bedroom in modern house

Hi all and thank you for reading my advert.
My name is ilya. I’m 34 originally from Estonia living in the UK since 2010.
I’m looking for tidy, kind, good mannered professional or mature student to share my house with.
I work only nights so most evenings I’m away.
House benefits from parking right in front of the property, newly rebuild gardens, very quite locations with all possible shops within minutes of walk.
The room has been painted recently, comes with brand new bedding. Because some people come with own furniture this time I keep room as it is but should you want to have something else we could possible have a chat and arrange that, just ask.

Room becomes available from 1st of January or so depending on current lodger’s circumstances.
PS. Before asking for a viewing could you please provide detailed information about yourself like who you are and what you do. It’s my home and I think it’s fair that I’m being selective. Thanks for understanding.
