Double bedroom to rent available

I am currently living in a two bedroom property in Gloucester/Upton-st-Leonard’ s, quirky cottage, big back garden, loads of green walking space as right by Painswick beacon and close to all local amenities.

Off-road parking space, the most relaxed landlord I’ve ever had, she’s allowed us to do what we please to the house and treat it as our own.

I currently rent with my partner however we have recently separated and rather than uproot my whole life from my home I’d be looking for someone to move in and share with.

I have two pugs, the friendliest things ever who will rapidly think you’re their new best friend. Easy going dogs so would need to be someone who is happy to live with them too.

I’m 33, I work for Thames Valley Police based in Witney. I would rather have someone who wants a home and to get on with than just someone who keeps to themselves as especially with dogs it’s nice to be able to trust the person etc.
if you want to know anything else about me just ask :) I work shifts so not always around at normal times, I’m clean and tidy, like to be social but obviously depending on what shift I’m on will not always be up and around.

The house is £550 rent and then bills. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS £750. At present my partner pays the council tax and water, I pay the energy and internet as they both work out about £150 per month, so total would be around £700 depending on the energy but I’ve never had a bill higher than £150 for energy.

The house has a log burner which we make full use of and has really helped keep the bill cost down as when this is lit the whole house heats up very quickly without the heating.

It’s a double room that would be available, there is a living room, separate kitchen, conservatory and bathroom downstairs, then the two bedrooms upstairs.

It will be available from the end of October.
