Would you like to share the home of a friendly and chatty 94-year-old lady, who loves animals, playing scrabble and enjoys meeting new people? She has a lovely, very friendly cockapoo called Libby.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Leckhampton, Cheltenham, 15 minutes’ walk from Bath Road and Park Campus. There is an option of having separate en-suite accommodation in the annex or a double bedroom with your own bathroom in the house. The bungalow boasts a large lounge and kitchen, as well as a conservatory and lovely garden. The property has an allocated parking space as well as on street parking.
This would suit a friendly, tidy, helpful person who would enjoy sharing company, chatting over a cuppa and perhaps cooking and eating some meals together. The Householder would like help with tidying around the home and with watering plants and looking after the garden.

There is already a package of care in place as well as a cleaner and gardener. Having the reassurance of there being someone in the house at night is very important, but the family are very flexible and are happy to work around any commitments. The Householder would like a contribution of £50 per month towards the bills.

Homesharing is a low cost arrangement because you give ten hours of your time each week helping with practical tasks, providing some companionship, and giving overnight security and reassurance for the householder. In return, you get a room in a safe environment with low outgoings.

Homesharing is a lifestyle choice and is suited to emotionally mature, reliable people.
