Large sunny double bedroom with ensuite

I have a beautiful large double bedroom with ensuite shower room available in my spacious 5 bedroom cottage near Lydbrook. The room is fully furnished and has just been redecorated and you'll love the peaceful panoramic views over the Wye Valley. The room has a large wardrobe and plenty of storage, plus there is a tv aerial if you wish to bring your own tv. The room measures approx 23 ft x 10 ft or 7.11 metres x 3.05 metres so it's a great size.

The kitchen/breakfast room has an aga, an electric range cooker, microwave and dishwasher, two fridges plus use of the washing machine in the utility room. There is a table and chairs in the farmhouse style kitchen too, and it's lovely, cosy and warm in the winter because of the aga. I am happy for a lodger to feel free to use the large living room which has a log fire, piano and television.

There is a really pretty peaceful garden which you are welcome to use. I love relaxing under a lovely weeping willow tree which is beside a couple of ponds.

I am easy going, chatty and friendly, but also respect a lodger's need for space and privacy too. I have a friendly 11 year old labrador living with me.

I am looking for a reasonably tidy, friendly, respectful lodger who would appreciate sharing my comfortable home with me. The cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard and would make a really homely relaxing place to come back to after work.
