Sunny house on the hill - friendly clean serene

Beautifully sunny vista from a large double with super king size bed and you can also have a sitting room as well (double aspects and sunny).

Bright 4 bedroom house, Swedish style shared large bathroom, eat-in kitchen, two sitting rooms, lots of space inside. Off-road parking on driveway.

All bills included, except for food. I am happy to share cooking, but I can do all cooking if you are not keen - I'd like to share occasional suppers. I am a flexitarian and can cook vegan and vegetarian although once a week meat does appear on the table.

I am a clean and tidy person and the kitchen will need to be kept free from dirty plates etc. I do have a dishwasher and all the usual kitchen stuff.

The house has 1400+ sq ft so it’s quite big for 2 people - bear in mind that other people would appear at the weekend (my children).

I meditate and the house is calm and I like to have peace in the house (not always possible with teenage girls, but they are mostly not with me) and so I like to have a level of serenity around the house.

Sharer should be laid back, friendly, respectful.

Happy to have short term let. Rent must be paid in advance by direct transfer and on a monthly basis. Also you will need to buy a TV for the sitting room if you need one.
