I have a lovely double room, fully furnished and overlooking a mature garden and countryside. Female tenant only.

You’ll have your own bathroom, with a toilet, bath and (separate) power shower. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with parking on the drive and a garage with room to store a bicycle. There is a large kitchen, with an Aga, microwave and dishwasher. And a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The dining room has a sofa and TV that you can use in the evenings, if you choose. I have a friendly, old dog. No cats. All bills and fast broadband are included.

The house is four miles to Gloucester and six miles to Cheltenham, easy access for GCHQ & Gloucester University.

This room would suit a single professional person - ideally arriving on Monday evening after work, and leaving Friday morning. Clean and tidy is a must. I would like to meet potential housemates before agreeing to anything, and happy to review the situation every 3 months (or earlier) to ensure it is working for both of us.
