Would you like to share the home of a friendly older lady, who loves animals and enjoy meeting new people? She has a very friendly cat.
The house is located in a quiet residential area in Prestbury. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and easy access to local shops. Two miles from the Cheltenham Racecourse and Pittville Student Village. Cheltenham Town Centre is 20 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by car.

The Householder is looking for a female Sharer (no pets please). The Sharer would have use of the lounge, dining room, conservatory and large kitchen, as well as the lovely garden. The property has an allocated parking space as well as on street parking.
The Householder has mild Dementia and she is very independent, cheerful person who enjoys a cheeky glass of wine.
This would suit a friendly, tidy, helpful person who would enjoy sharing company, chatting over a cuppa and perhaps cooking some light meals. The Householder would like help with looking after the garden (mow the lawn) and help with the cat (change litter box, feed). A contribution of £60/month towards bills and Council Tax is required.
She already has a cleaner and gardener.

Having the reassurance of there being someone in the house at night is very important, but the family are very flexible and are happy to work around any commitments. No personal care is needed.
