I have a double room available in my house in kingsway on either a full time or a mon-fri basis at a reduced rent. The room has plenty of storage with a walk in wardrobe. I currently live alone and the third room will remain a guest room.
There is a shared living room and kitchen. The house has fast broadband and BT sport. I have an en-suite so the main bathroom is not routinely used by me.
This is a fairly quiet house as I work full time and am out of the house early most mornings. I'm sociable and into sports and fitness. I also like to keep the place clean and tidy.
There is space on street in front of the house for parking and I'm happy to share space in my garage.
