Located 4 minutes from J12 of the M5, walking distance from Gloucester park and ride, doctor/pharmacy and Tesco Express.
The double bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and is next to the main bathroom (including shower). The renter would have almost exclusive use of this bathroom. The room is south facing and looks over the garden. The window is not overlooked by any surrounding properties.
The property is a 3 bed house but I will be keeping the 3rd bedroom as a office/guest room.
I am a very easy person to live with, I like to keep the place clean and tidy.
I have a small tabby cat and do not smoke.
Available from 1st April but I am flexible on start date. All bills included, including wifi, for £500/month.
