We are in search of a new housemate for a spacious double room with private bathroom in three storey townhouse located in a pleasant suburb of Gloucester. You will be the only ones sleeping on the whole middle floor, so plenty of privacy and effectively a private bathroom!
Plenty of parking available, 3-4 minutes to the M5 north or south. Garage available for storage of motorbikes/push bikes etc!
The room has a large built in wardrobe, easily enough room to hang clothes and store cases and other items as well. Fast (60mbps) WiFi is available throughout the house with good signal.
We have a Weber BBQ in the garden for use use when the weather is better!
Ideally looking for a clean, tidy and sociable young professional. Unfortunately no pets due to the house already being occupied by a small cockapoo!
