A pleasant & peaceful double room available to let for a friendly, professional Female with references. You will be sharing the house with one other female and a small, friendly dog. Ideally you are someone with regular working hours, who is independent, but also enjoys chats in the kitchen or sharing the occasional meal.

The house provides a well-equipped, fitted kitchen, comfortable shared living room with valley views, and use of a large front garden.

Located just a short 20-minute stroll from Stroud town center, you'll have easy access to the town's amenities, making this a prime location for those who appreciate a balanced work-life environment.

You'll have access to plenty of safe, on-street parking - off-street options may be possible. There's also a garage for bike storage.

Initially this would be for three months to see how we get on, but with a view to a more long term arrangement. If long term, there’s the possibility of a large vegetable patch and/or keeping chickens if you'd like to.

All bills are included. Gardening or dog walking could be exchanged for some of the rent.
