We are a friendly couple with a baby on the way, looking for someone sociable to live with us. My partner will soon go back to work and I will be home a lot with the baby so I would love someone who would generally be pottering around often. I find the company of someone being around really motivating for me to get on with my own projects (painting) or housework.
The cottage is a beautifully cosy house, it has a large open living area with a wood burning stove, fully equipped galley kitchen with dishwasher and patio style garden.
The spare bedroom has a double bed, a large built in wardrobe and a bedside table.
The bathroom has a bath, a good shower, a hot towel rack and is nice and modern.
We are really easy-going and would expect our flatmate to make the house their home, using the living space for their things and having occasional visitors or overnight guests.
