We have Two large double rooms available in the top floor of our family home. These are essentially self contained as there is a bathroom on that floor for the sole usage. The previous tenants had the whole floor, Bedroom, Living room, bathroom and a small freestanding kitchen setup on the landing area (previously an office space) . Myself and my partner have a baby and three other part time children so it can get quite busy at times in the rest of the property. We are in a 50/50 living position, where we also have a piece of land that we regularly stay at and with summer coming that will be all the more regular. We also have two dogs, a Labrodoodle and a Collie, they are Sociable dogs and with the right introductions made I can't see why another four legged resident would be a problem. The availablity is a guess as I will probably take the opportunity to give the bathroom and top landing a re-dec. The rooms themselves have had the floorboards stripped and oiled and fresh paint not long ago. Pictures will be added soon
