Spacious house, beautiful garden, central Stroud

I'm looking for a housemate to join myself, Raúl, Luke and Danny the friendly dog in our lovely home.
We have one double room available (£590 pcm) from the beginning of Jan (as shown in pictures).
All bills including Council tax, utilities, Sky Cinema, Amazon Prime, wifi etc are included, along with a regular cleaner for communal areas.
The room is spacious, with a large built in wardrobe and french windows that open straight out into the garden, which gives you private access in and out of the house.
Yours will be the main bathroom, which has recently had a complete refurbishment.
There are quiet places to sit in the garden, a BBQ area, a summerhouse and firepit, with a new fence to keep Danny the dog from visiting flatmate rooms when the doors are open! The house is situated near Waitrose, less than a 5 minute walk into the centre of Stroud/7 minute walk to the train station. There is a parking space for each of us. I like to live with laid back, independent folks who enjoy socialising and don't mind a mischievous pooch. 30-50yrs old preferred so we're compatible life stage wise, and those who mostly work out of the house also preferred. Visitors are always welcome, its nice to have a relaxed and open house. Partners are welcome to visit from time to time but not to live in.
