Room in a clean and friendly house share in Stroud

Hi there,

I'm currently the tenant of a lovely coach house in Stroud and I'm looking for a housemate to join the tenancy.

There's one bedroom available which is currently furnished with a single daybed (would easily fit double), small shelves and a set of drawers. However, this could be put into storage should you wish furnish yourself. Whilst not an en suite, the bathroom located right next to the bedroom would be solely yours. There's a shared kitchen/living/dining room (currently without dining table) with washer/dryer included. The house is also home to a small dog a few days a week, for those who may have allergies or phobias.

There's no garden but there's a pleasant shared green out front of the property. The area is quiet, away from the main road with friendly neighbours.

A little about me... I'm Josh, 31 and I'd say I'm pretty easy going, friendly, clean and tidy. I work in architecture and currently work from home 2 days week. I enjoy cooking, running, golfing, video games and coffee among many other things. Ideally looking for a professional housemate of a similar age.
