Your double bedroom

There are two rooms available to use, a cosy double, furnished with a bed, wardrobe & bookcase and sitting room furnished with a corner sofa & TV stand. The rooms are next to each other and in the basement of our 5 bedroom home, which is accessed via the shared kitchen. There is also shared use of the utility room but comes with private shower room, with sink & toilet. It is possible to use a separate entrance directly into the utility room accessed via a door from the garden.
The house is situated in Ebley with good public transport links into Stroud, Dursley & Gloucester via bus route. Amenities close by include, two grocery shops within walking distance, cafe/wine bar. Takeaway food & Hair salon, a Barber & recreational areas.
Current housemates include me, (female live in landlord), my two sons who are you g adults & our family pets, two dogs & a cat. The room would suit a working professional or mature student, who is clean, tidy & respectful & who also loves animals!
