A double bedroom available in a delightfully unique house. The room is furnished with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

In the house there’s a dining room, living room, larder, kitchen, garden and bathroom.

The house is situated on the main road through Ebley, a short drive/walk from Stroud centre. There are two supermarkets within short walking district.

Bills include rent, TV licence, water, and council tax. Gas and electric should also be covered, however there might be surplus to pay depending on the use of heating in the winter.

There is a tight spot outside the house for parking, but nearby on-road parking also. There is also a garage where bikes can be stored - unfortunately cars can't access!

Looking for housemates of a similar age and stage of life. Current housemates are two busy young professionals, so the house is quiet and relaxed.

Please note, the landlords have specified non-smokers, and full time employment due to the insurance policy.

There are two five-month old kittens in the house.
