Room for the 'right person'

Homely Room in small Bungalow, would suit working person or someone with a Part Time Job or even School leaver, wanting to break away from family.
Regular Buses to Gloucester, Cinderford, Ross-on-Wye, Colford and Monmouth.
I am situated about 100 yards from the Bus Stop.
It's a nice bungalow, with a private garden.
The room looks out to the front of the house which has a view towards the Wye Valley.
It's pretty quiet around here, the only noise is from very light and local traffic, usually at school time or evening when workers come home.
I am registered disabled and find some things difficult, so I am looking for someone to share my bungalow, preferably a female.
It has to be someone who is fit and active that will be able to help me when I need help and someone I can get on with.
I would expect only a little bit of help in any one day, but you would have to sign a Contact, ( an agreement of two hours help per day, six days per week,)
The 'rent' would be 'FREE', but a minimum term of a three Month 'Contract' would have to be signed after a one week 'Trial Period'.
So there would be just your own food to pay for and a proportional part of any utility bills. (£10 per week.)

The room is at present full of stuff, some furniture from 'downsizing' and more from my Mother's place, when she died a couple of years ago. So the room needs clearing out before anyone can move into it. I don't have anyone to help me, so I would need help to clear the room first.

I am sorry, but I cannot accept 'Housing Benefit' applicants, (as that would affect my own 'claim', ) or any Pets as I have a Cat who is a bit 'skittish' as she was a 'rescue cat', so another animal would upset her.
