Double room in Upper Rissington
I am looking for someone join us, preferably Monday to Friday or a 4/5 day rolling rota or similar. It’s a medium sized double room. I would consider full time , however if you have a vast personal wardrobe, we may have to discuss!
Its a new 3 bed house in a quiet area, with friendly neighbours. You will be joining me the landlady, and one other Monday to Friday roommate who works at Brize Norton.
I am happy to consider short lets ie 1 month, or longer stays
The house is on a new estate, in a lovely quiet rural location with a good local co-op, gym and bistro within walking distance, Bourton on the water with several pubs a doctors surgery and liesure centre are a 5 mins drive. Stow and Burford are 10 mins, Cheltenham and Witney 30 mins, and Carterton 20 - all approx!
It’s at the top of a hill on an old airbase, so frequently windy, yet great stargazing.
I would consider your dog so long as we are all compatible!
I have my own bathroom so you would be sharing with a maximum of one other . The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
I am looking for an easy going working person who will respect a new build and understands there may be teething problems. We are friendly and sociable, clean and tidy but not obsessive!
Parking is sometimes on the drive sometimes on road , however this is in lay-bys, on an immaculate quiet estate road. Use of the garage for storage is also a possibility.
