This is a quiet house in a fairly rural estate that is a new build; developed on the old RAF camp, it's at the top of a hill so a bit windswept but great for star gazing. There is a co-op, gym and bistro within walking distance. Pub is 2 miles away, with Bourton in the Water and Stow on the Wold a 5 minute drive. Witney and Cheltenham are 35 mins away.

You will be sharing with me the landlady, and 1 other housemate.
Looking for an independent housemate who will have a chat in passing and an occasional visit to the pub.

The room has a chest of drawers and hanging rail, you will share the bathroom with 1 other housemate.

No smoking in the house but you are welcome to smoke outside.

You are free to use the kitchen and all the equipment and the living room to suit you, or you can have a TV in your room.
So far we have found that our different working patterns mean that there's rarely a clash for the kitchen and it works really well.

There is space in the garage if you need it.
