About me and who I’d like to live with:
I’m early thirties, good sense of humour, pretty chilled, accepting, male, gay.
I work from home five days a week so I’m ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home very much. Not a dealbreaker if you do, we just need to think about logistics (also see surcharge at bottom). It is possible to move the bed to the corner of your bedroom to accommodate a desk.
My interests include technology, music, the environment, documentaries, sci-fi and pretty much the whole cake aisle.
The longer you want to stay the better.
Rent to be paid at the start of the month via standing order. No smokers, drugs or pets please. Ideally no students but I’m open depending on personality and maturity.
£300 security deposit to be paid upfront. Room rental agreement document to also be agreed and signed.

If you plan to work from home three or more days a week then the rent will be an additional £25 per month to cover utility costs.
The room is single occupancy only.
You will be living with myself and one other lodger.
*The garage is currently being converted into a bedroom and bathroom space, due for completion in December 2024. The property will then have three toilets and two shower rooms.
