The space
Nice sized two bed with a good size spare room including a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe (can provide a TV). Wi-Fi is included and it’s a great reliable speed of 350mb.
The lounge is a good size with a 2 & 3 seater settee, 55” TV.
Kitchen has a large oven, air fryer, kettle, and a coffee machine all which you can use as your own (also your own fridge freezer).
New bathroom with a fantastic shower and enough space for all toiletries etc.
Conservatory is a great size and can act as a second lounge with seating or a good workspace in the summer.
The garden is a lovely size with a pond, bagola, decking area and comfortable garden furniture.
There is a parking space outside the garage, another next to the garage and around the cul-de-sac.

Area
It's a quiet residential area with 3 bus stops all within less than a 5 minute walk with easy transportation to the centre of Bristol or Bath. If you drive, it's 20 minutes to either centre. Less than a 5 minute cycle to the Bristol Bath cycle path. A convenient 10 minute drive from Keynsham train station.
Good amount of local pubs and a few restaurants (fantastic Indian within a 15 minute walk) and if you need groceries there are 3 supermarkets all within a 5 minute drive and a shopping outlet too.

About me
I enjoy socializing, playing sports and keeping fit. I go to a run club, cycling and football each once a week so I’m not home all the time which means you’ll get the house to yourself a decent amount (yay!). I like a clean and tidy home so “chores” would be shared but mainly would like someone that cleans up after themselves, I’m quite relaxed so I won’t be nagging or anything like that ha. If you want to be social I’m happy to talk or go out for a run together etc, or just leave you to it if preferred.
