Double room available in 4 bed fully furnished in Warmley. You will be sharing with myself and my husband along with one other Monday to Friday lodger. We are looking for a professional MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY PLEASE.
20 minutes from Bristol and Bath. Bus stop opposite, shop opposite and pub 15 minutes away by foot. Excellent location. 5 minutes from the Bristol/Bath cycle path.
Welcome to use all communal areas. Please note we do have 1 cat and 1 dog and other animals are not welcome! Happy for people to view before making a decision.
£450 per calendar month Mon to Fri which includes all bills, wi fi and off street parking. We also ask for a £95.00 deposit which will be refunded on departure.
