Large room with daybed in new house

I am just finishing building my own house in the quiet, friendly village of Whitecroft, surrounded by woodland.

The house has a large kitchen-diner-living area and a separate lounge, so plenty of space for a lodger plus me, my 15 year old daughter and cat. The house is warm and clean, with underfloor heating and a filtered air system. There is fibre optic broadband, and a separate utility with washer-drier.

The bedroom is newly furnished and carpeted, and has a daybed so that it can also be used as a sofa if someone likes their privacy.

Plenty of storage including a desk / dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is next door to the bathroom with a big walk in shower, and bath.

I work full time at a children’s residential activity centre nearby. I am hoping to find a friendly, tidy, considerate person to share our home. Female applicant preferred as we are a female household.

I am looking for a Monday-Friday (or Sunday-Thursday) let, or alternatively a shift rotation (eg 4 days here, 4 days away rotating etc). Sorry no smoking. Rent of £400pcm for 5 days per week includes all bills. References and deposit required.
