The house is a great place with a dining room, sitting room, fantastic kitchen, great new bathroom and a wonderful (very large) garden!!
I currently live here with my two dogs (1 Lab x Collie and 1 Terrier mix) both are friendly and get on well with both humans and other four legged friends.
The double room for rent is HUGE! The room has a double bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers and tv with Amazon Fire stick provided.. I am happy to put a chair/sofa or desk in the room if required as it is more than large enough.
All bills are included and the broadband speed is great. There is plenty of parking on the quiet road and also a small free car park about 20 meters from the property.
The room will be cleaned and bedding changed at the weekends as part of the rental agreement.
Although the possibility of a full time rental may be available for the right person.
