Furnished Dbl Room in Friendly Home!Short Term Let

Three bed house in Barking/Upney. Rent incl all bills (including broadband).

I'm looking for a short term let as major works are due to start on the house around April.

Friendly, clean and relaxed home. I spend a lot of time relaxing in my room but also like chilling out with house mates, watching TV or chatting sometimes.

Furnished Double bedroom - Double wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Double bed.

Use of Living Room, leather sofas, 52" widescreen tv with Sky

Large kitchen: gas cooker/oven, microwave, washing machine, large fridge freezer and the other usual amenities.

Good size bathroom/wc with bath/shower.

Other: Wooden flooring throughout, central heating, medium size garden.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac about 12mins walk from the town centre & Barking and Upney tube stations. Peaceful location but local shops literally 2mins walk away. Restriction-free parking on street outside house for car owners.

Ideal housemate would be Female 25+ professional, (no men or couples please), non-smoker, friendly, considerate, very clean and tidy. Would like someone who will settle in and treat the house as their home.

Short term lets considered.

(Please note that I have a friendly & well behaved cat - not allowed in any bedrooms, but if you don't like cats then this isn't for you! :-))

Short term/Mon-fri lets accepted.
