A medium sized double bedroom to let in the Thamesview Estate area, very clean with beautiful south facing garden, to share with one female, and her cat. The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful and friendly close. I'm looking for a long term housemate. Monday to Friday lodgers considered.

Getting Around
The Bus stop is literary a 10 seconds walk away where buses run every 10 - 12 minutes to Barking Station. From Barking Station, the Overground, Hammersmith and City, District Line and C2C provide regular service to Stratford and the city.

If driving the Thames View is just off of the A13 which is a 10 to 15 minute drive to Stratford. Lakeside shopping centre is a 20 minute drive, 24 hour Tesco is only a 7 minute drive away.
There is a parking space outside of the house for one car.

Rent
Rent is 450 per month a deposit of 400 is required. This includes all bills - Gas, Electricity, Sky/Internet, Council Tax, Water and TV license.
