Bills/parking included, cats ok, Northern line

I have two double rooms in a luxury house-share. Previous tenants were here for 1-2 years. The room has a desk, reclining office chair, floor to ceiling mirror and memory foam "comfort" mattress. Privacy respected. Relaxed, friendly house. The house is cat friendly with access to a garden and outdoor terrace. No smokers or vapers.

There is some flexibility around move in dates.

A professional cleaner comes every 2 weeks. High speed fibre broadband and Sky TV. Sainsbury's, Waitrose and 24hr gyms, High Barnet Northern line and New Barnet train stations are a few minutes away.

New build house - things rarely break down. If any problems occur (boiler, bedbugs, washing machine, internet, etc) these are fixed promptly by people with the best ratings and experience at no extra cost to you. Previous landlord and current employer references are checked.

In the next couple of months, the plan is for the landlord (early 30s, doctor, working outside London) to be away during the week but stay at weekends.
