Looking for a vegan tenant, BR3 £750pcm

Hi everyone, me and my cat Nacho are looking for tidy, respectful vegan person to move into my second bedroom in Beckenham (BR3). I would like £750pcm, bills, council tax etc. included.

The room is currently occupied by my tenant of nearly two years, there is a built in wardrobe, leaving plenty of space for a bed and furniture, a bed can be provided if needed, and potentially other bits and bobs but we can discuss what your needs are. The dimensions of the room are 3.7x2.7m, not including the wardrobe.

The kitchen is modern with all the utensils and cutlery that you would need, a large fridge and freezer, a quality washing machine, and dishwasher as well.

The bathroom is bright, clean and tidy, with a large bath and strong shower.

The flat is a 7 minute walk to New Beckenham and an 11 minute walk to Beckenham Junction according to google maps (I can walk it a bit quicker than that). The flat is on the third floor with no lift, and there is also a balcony which isn’t very spacious but it’s outdoor space as well as the lovely communal garden we have at the back of the property.
