Located on a very quiet street, we are a 10 minute walk to Beckenham high street, 12 minutes to Clock House station and 20 minutes to Kent House station.

Current tenants are a couple who are open to sharing with individuals or another couple.

The house is well-equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher and television. If you would like to bring your own furnishings, there is flexibility with moving existing furniture into the garage. Smokers are welcome, although smoking and vaping are restricted to outside areas.
