Looking for Ace Flatmates - £500 / £700 Rooms Pcm

HEY! Okay So i need ace flatmates pronto!..

Basically I live in a double room then theres
single room = £500
Double room = £700 (maybe couple for £760)
and EVERY bill is included

There Is one large bathroom shared between us and a spacious open planned living space (kitchin, dining, lounge) which overlooks beckenham highstreet.

LOCATION:
The flat is located above the pub ;). so perfect for a pint in the evenings or the footy fans can watch a match on the big screens. There are supermarkets, Clubs, restaurants, takeaways, opticians, pharmacies, shops, banks and basically everything else you might ever need all on the door step.. literally

TRAVEL:
The flat is opposite Beckenham Junction train station so no long walks, it takes seconds :)

Im looking for loverly people who can enjoy my flat enough to call it home with me :) they should be able to have a laugh while respecting the place and everyone else around them :) I love creativity, music and art so i can be eccentric. openmind is perfect.
basically people who bring a comfortable vibe is what im looking for so that everybody can relax and be themselves when they are at home. maybe Youll have to put up with me dancing to wierd music ;)

i call it the yellow box :) its cozy. Has single bed and a small bedside table.. your wardrobe is in the hall outside the door (so you get more space) >see the pictures
