Cosy warm room in Brentford

Hi there.
I currently have my room for rent as I'm leaving the country. It is to continue a fixed term lease that has 6 months left to go on it with the right to renew after that 6 months. You'll be living with 1 other person who is a busy shift worker who you will not see often.

The room is warm and cosy with lovely big windows.

All furniture in the room is able to be left of can be taken away. There is a large wardrobe with good storage above it and also more storage space in the house.

Brentford over ground station is at the end of the road and the piccadilly line is very close also.

There is a corner shop and food shops very near and a short 5 min walk in to Brentford as well.

The room is available from early Jan but this is negotiable also.

The property is rented through an agency and you'll be able to take over my rent for the next 6 months. The agency are happy to extend the contract after this.
