Double Room in Luxury Development

I have a double room with a single bed to rent, sharing bathroom and kitchen with mature women. Safe, quiet lodgings for quiet, clean, peaceful and considerate people. Employed full time only.

The area is very special. Brentford Dock is a hidden gem in West London. Isolated from the city, residents enjoy a quiet, extremely green, friendly little island of their own.

A ten minute walk will get you to Brentford (SouthWestTrains) from where trains run every 15 minutes to Waterloo, stopping at Clapham Junction. The journey time is approximately 15mins to Clapham Junction and 23mins to Waterloo. There are also buses (2min walk from flat) 267 & 237 which go through Chiswick up to Hammersmith / Shepherd's Bush Westfields in 20 mins on a good run. There are buses to Boston Manor and Northfields stations which run frequently and take 10 mins. There is a green-grocer, a Morrissons and a highstreet at the end of the road. There is a newsagents on the Dock too.
The communal gardens are beautiful and go out right into the Thames. 24 hr security and a team of gardeners and cleaners keep the gardens clean, safe and tidy.
Applicants should be peaceful, friendly, hygenic and employed. Mature women only preferably ones seeking a quiet refuge of an evening! Monday to Fridays considered.
