All-in-all the property has an outside patio area, full kitchen, spacious living+dining room, 3x bedrooms, 2.5x bathrooms, and a utility room.

Ground floor is the kitchen, living/dining room, and shared guest toilet.

First floor is a flatmate's private room with private bathroom. Also we got a shared laundry utility room.

Second (top) floor is your room, another flatmate's private room, and a bathroom shared between the two of you.

I share with friends, both are lovely, kind and respectful.
