I am the home owner of beautiful 2 bedroom end of terrace house in Grove Park/Bromley, I am looking for someone to take my large double bedroom for a maximum of 7 months whilst I go travelling. The Room is available from 1st or 2nd December.

Less than a 5 min walk to Grove Park Station which will have you to London Bridge in 18 mins, Waterloo 22, charring Cross or cannon street 25. Quiet street with minimal noise. Parking available only 2 min walk from house.

Within a 7 min walk you have a Gym, local Sainsburys, Co-op, Lidl, nail salon, takeaway shops and hair salon. Bromley Glades shopping centre is 5 min train or 8 min bus ride.

ABOUT THE ROOM MATE
The room mate is a female in her early 30s, working professional, clean and tidy who is very chilled out.
This property has an outdoor cat called Pablo, who likes to be left alone and will be cared for by room mate so no maintenance. The Cat does not go in the bedrooms ever. Pablo (cat) when he is not outside he will spend most of his time sleeping in his small bed in the living room or soaking up the sun in the conversatory.

WHO WOULD BE SUITABLE
Ideally a professional female that works in the city over the age of 25. Likes a clean and tidy house, respectful of furniture and other people's privacy. Likes cats or can at least tolerate a cat.
