Nice tidy & clean flat in quite location - Bromley

This is the loft room I'm looking to rent

I have a double sized loft room for rent in my 2 bedroom flat in Bromley. The room is a loft room and accessible by drop down ladders which I've been renting for the last 5 years. I am the live in Landlord and work 5 days a week in the city. I'm looking for someone that is relatively quite, clean and tidy who is looking for somewhere clean and tidy in a quiet Rd in Bromley, between Bromley North and Grove Park. I have 2 daughters 12 and 17 who visit me a couple of times each month and occasionally stay over.
This is why Im ideally looking for a female and having rented the same room for the last 5 years to male and females, tend to find females are more house tidy (sorry all you tidy guys).
The double room has a single bed but is large enough if you want a friend to stay over, but Im not looking for couples. All bills are included in the rent. There is a smallish garden at the back of the flat and parking is available if you to purchase a yearly parking permit est  £40 a year.
The flat has a nice kitchen and Bathroom and you are free to use all white goods and utensils, plates etc. Use of the internet is free.
Bromley South is in zone 5 and takes 20 mins to Victoria from Bromley South or 25 mins to Charing Cross from Grove Park, both stations are a 10 minute bus ride away.
Im also happy to consider someone that only wants a room from Mon - Fri, so please feel free to get intouch.
