Lovely double room, with king-size bed for single occupancy. Fitted wardrobe and large drawers, desk, plenty of storage.

2 mins walk to the bus garage, short bus ride to either Bromley or Orpington stations which takes you directly into London

We are an extremely quiet and mature household. No dramas, and the house is kept very clean. We even have shoes off at the door policy! Non smoker is essential.

Shared bathroom, cleaned regularly, located next to the room. ( always accessible)

Shared kitchen/dining room and utilities. No shared living room.

There are dogs in the house, kept downstairs, so I am looking for a dog friendly person. Always happy to share walks from time to time (But not mandatory!)
