Hi, I am a 36 year old female looking for a professional female flatmate to rent a spacious newly decorated double room. The room has a double bed wardrobe and drawers. The room is light and spacious, with another cupboard for storage.

There is also a garden and easy street parking.

The first floor maisonette is located in chessington, 5 min walk away from Chessington north train station. Also a 5 min walk to the bus stop which is for the route 71 which goes to surbiton and kingston, also the 465 which goes to leatherhead and dorking. Shops are also near by, a 5-10 min walk to Hook Parade or Chessington North parade.

All bills are included apart from food. I am looking for a flat mate that is quiet and professional. Shared bathroom and kitchen.
