The room is a large single with a double bed. All bills included. I do have 2 friendly dogs called Jimmy & Teddy. You will be welcome to share the communal areas including lounge, kitchen/diner and garden. I am happy to do the housework but just as happy to share it! There is a garage for bike storage.
