Spacious double room in enfield

Hi,

I would like to share a room in my home with a female friend. My room is a double room, but I prefer to have a single occupant as a tenant. The bed in my room, along with the sheets, wardrobe, desk, chair, and side table, are all brand new and have never been used by anyone. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a freezer, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and stove, 7-kilogram capacity washing machine, toaster, and extractor fan. The house has a fire alarm. It is heated by natural gas and has carpeted floors throughout, making it well-insulated against the cold. The house is sunlit, airy, quiet, and offers a peaceful living space. The bathroom has a large shower cabin. The building has four floors, and my apartment is on the third floor. It is a 1-minute walk to the bus stop (W8 and 329) and a 5-minute walk to Enfield Town Station. Enfield Town shopping center, Iceland, Lidl, and Sainsbury's are all 5 minutes away, and Tesco is a 9-minute walk away. No couple, no pet.
