Hello, we are four non smokers and professional people working in different sectors looking for a fifth house memeber to live with us. We like to socialise with each other for a barbeque and celebrate birthdays but also enjoy our own spaces.
The double room available is situated on the first floor of the house. We are looking for a young professional female. The room includes, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, one bedside table, one double bed and mattress all new pine wood.
The house is near Enfield Town Station only 8mins walk and Southbury Rail Station 14mins walk. Both stations go to London Liverpool street within 30mins. Enfield Town Centre is a 10min walk with department stores and lots of fashion shops. Bus Stop (Percival Road) 2mins Walk, Bus numbers 121, 231, 317, 191, 307, 313. Good connections to A10 And M25. Close to Cineworld and Southbury leisure centre 4mins walk and shopping complex including Morrisons and Sainsburys Supermarkets, TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut, Harvester.
The house has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower room and washing machine. One on the first floor with shower/bath.
The spacious shared kitchen has a corner sofa, television, table and chairs and kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a stainless steel range master cooker. The garden has a patio.
